HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS

This premium product is recommended
up to 250 °C not only for advanced flexible chest ironers and conventional high performance ironer, but also for gas/oil heated ironers.

Laundries with mixed ironer generations profit from s single product that is ideally suited for all high performance ironers.

This high-end wax consists of highly efficient top quality raw materials. This results in considerably extended standing times in the chest without cracking. The recipe has been optimized regarding its anti static and cleaning effect - this is what the denomination PLUS refers to.

We produce HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS in small flakes.

Practical use has proven that this shape brings about the best properties:

Very good and even distribution and adhesion in the wax cloth.
Optimum melting process in the chests.

HIGH-SPEED-EXPRESS-WAX

This premium product was developed
exclusively for high-performance purposesand is intended to complement the HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS.
It can be used not only for ironers with modern heating belt technology, but also for all conventional high-performance machines and for gas/oil-heated ironers up to up to 250 °C.

In this time the trend towards high-speed ironers with a running speed of over 40 m/min
and a quantity of laundry parts above 1,000 pieces/hour poses new challenges for the ironer
wax for this machine generation. The problem which needs to be solved is the trouble-free throughput
of the laundry, ideally without additional waxing in one shift.

This top-quality wax consists of highly effective raw materials
of the best quality. It allows extremely long trough dwell times
without burning or incrustation.

Like our HIGH-POWER-WAX-PLUS, the formula has not only been specifically designed for an antistatic effect
and additional cleaning effect, also for lower wax consumption and the savings in operating costs.

A smooth process without interruptions during a shift.

The HIGH-SPEED-EXPRESS-WAX is produced in small flake form.

Practical experience has shown that this dosage form offers the best properties in the high-performance sector:

KARAGAMI-WAX

Ironer wax without any specific requirements
regarding temperature and high performance – consists of vegetable raw material.

Application:

Steam heated ironers up to 175 °C.

SPECIALWAX C 2

This special low melting wax consists of
selected vegetable products.

In the wax production precess, an extraordinary high degree of purity is achieved by means of several melting and filtration processes.

The special small flakes' shape ensure an excellent an even distribution in the wax cloth, ensuring a uniform melting process in the chest.

Ironer-Care-Recommendation

Start of operation:

In the morning start operation by using the bed cleaning cloth first - steel wool stripes facing towards the chest - to brush away the deposits of the day before. The polishing stripes of the bed cleaning cloth complete this cleaning process in a perfect way!

Please, apply to whole width of the ironer!

Afterwards waxing should be started.

In the morning and during daily work:

After cleaning the beds waxing is necessary. Usually apply a small quantity of wax to the wax
cloth only in the morning. The wax pocket faces to the roller while passing the ironer.

The content of the wax cloth mostly is enough for a second wax procedure a day without adding wax.
Ironing several shifts a day may require adding of wax.

We recommend:
Run a sheet after wax cloth to spread out and remove reduntant wax .

Basic rule:
Better quality of the wax reduces the quantity and the number of applications required.

End of operation (in case of excessive dirt):

For extra cleaning „Cleanpaste“ should be used with the Aramide paste cloth 1-2 times a week
(daily if necessary):

For this add a little "Cleanpaste" into the reservoir of the paste cloth and let it run through the
heated-up ironer 2 times - reservoir facing roller.

Stop the ironer and lift the roll - wait for approx. 10 minutes.
Afterwards let a few wet sheets (old ones - creased) pass through the ironer. Keep feeding the
rotating ironer with wet sheets until there are no more dirty residues.

Please exert this procedure over the whole width of the ironer.

Note:

The dosage and the frequency of waxing may vary depending on different operating conditions (bed temperature, type of laundry, level of occupancy, ironing velocity, residual moisture, etc.).
Cheap and unqualified waxes should not be used. These products evaporate very quickly, thus necessitating large quantities.
In most cases they cause cracking products and deposits, that block up the ironer clothing and the suction line.
Very often they are the reason for trouble like wrinkled or blocking laundry or electrostatic charge.
Our premium waxes (see basic equipment) applied in small dosage result - even under supreme demands - in best ironing quality.

Massive deposits in the moulds (caused by the laundry process) should not be compensated by increasing the wax dosage (overwaxing of ironer cloth). In this specific case only thorough grinding cleaning of the bed can help. Moreoever, it is essential to eliminate the cause of the deposits in order to ensure faultless operation.
